A kanban board built for speed, not busywork.
Taskboards is a fast Kanban board designed to keep work moving, not to manage itself. Archive, To Do, In Progress, Done — drag cards between zones, track owners and due dates, and stay focused on the task instead of the tool.
Everything between "a pile of tasks" and a board that keeps up with you.
Built to get out of your way — sign in once, then just drag cards.
Multiple boards
Create as many boards as you need. Tabs auto-paginate when they overflow — double-click a tab to rename it.
4-zone Kanban
Archive → To Do → In Progress → Done. Drag cards between columns, or reorder within a column.
Inline editing
Double-click — or double-tap on mobile — any card to edit its title right where it sits.
Owner & due dates
Each card tracks an assignee and optional due date. Overdue turns red, due within 3 days turns orange.
Owner filter
Quick-filter chips above the board — tap a name to see only that person's cards, on any board.
Confetti on Done
Every card you drag to Done gets a small celebration. A tiny reward, every single time.
Taskboards doesn't keep your data. Google does.
There's no Taskboards database and no backend storing your boards — everything lives in a private folder inside your own Google Drive.
No server of ours
Board data goes straight from your browser to your Google Drive. We never see it, never store a copy, and could never leak what we don't have.
Yours to revoke
Remove Taskboards' access any time from your Google Account permissions, and every board it ever wrote goes with it — because it was never ours.
Sync everywhere, without a new password.
One Google sign-in, and your boards follow you — nothing to configure, nothing shared with other apps.
Sign in with Google
One click, no new account or password to remember.
Private app folder
Boards live in your Drive's private appDataFolder — invisible to other apps, untouched by ours.
Auto-save
Every drag, edit or new card saves to Drive shortly after you stop.
Any device
Open Taskboards anywhere and sign in — your boards are already there.
Sign in and start dragging cards.
One Google account — no new password, no setup screen, no server of ours holding onto your data.
